Creating a User Group

As a user you may want to message only a particular group of people within your team. Below are the steps to create custom groups for communication purposes.

  1. Navigate to the Teams screen and select the team you wish to create this user group for.

  1. Select the settings icon in the top right of the screen.

  1. Select 'Groups'.

  1. Select 'Add Group'.


  1. Create a name for your group.


  1. Select members for your group and select 'Save'.


  1. This newly created group will now automatically appear in your chat groups on Messages explained here.
