RSVP to Events
Currently, to RSVP (Accept or Decline) for an event, you must do so from your Personal / Family Calendar. If you are viewing an event within the Team, the RSVP options may not appear yet.
Step 1: Locate the Event on Your Calendar

Log in to your account and navigate to Events to view your Personal / Family Calendar from the Home Screen (i.e. not from within a Team).
Find the date of the event.
If you were invited by a Team Admin, the event will already be there.
- Note: If the event is a "Private Team Event" and you don't see it on your Personal / Family calendar, go to the Team Page, select the event, and click "Add to My Events" first.
Step 2: Submit Your RSVP
- Click on the event title from your Personal / Family Calendar to open the event details.
- Locate the RSVP Section.
- Select your status: Going or Not Going.
Step 3: RSVPing for Children (Guardians Only)
If you are a registered Guardian for a child/dependent:
- Open the event details on your Personal / Family Calendar.
- Under the RSVP section, you will see a list of your linked children.
- Select the appropriate response for each child and click Save.
Can’t see the RSVP button?
Make sure you aren't viewing the "Personal / Family Calendar" by tapping back out of the current team you are viewing. Only events that have been added to your Personal / Family Calendar or that you have been invited to will allow you to RSVP.
Why can't I RSVP directly from the Team Page?
Currently, users who are part of a family are unable to RSVP directly from the Event on the Team. We are working on an update that will allow you to RSVP from any view! In the meantime, using your Personal / Family Calendar ensures your response is recorded, and you are able to respond as a Guardian if need be.
