How to Add Staff Members

  1. Navigate to the teams screen and select the team you wish to add your staff member to.


  1. Select the 'Members' tab as shown


  1. Select the 'Staff' tab as shown

  1. Select the '+' icon as shown


  1. There are two options to join a staff member to your team, the first example below is by email address.


  1. Enter the email address for the individual. If the staff member already has a Rookie Me Account, make sure that you use the same email address that is linked to their account. Select their role within the team. You may also send a message as part of the invite but this is optional. Press send in the top right to complete the process.

  1. The second example is invite via team join code. You must setup a team join code mentioned here. Send team join code via text message or other messaging service.
