Initial Set-Up

1. How To Access Connect

Go to the Rookie Me website: Connect

2. Log In

Enter the email and password you created during sign up to log in to your Rookie Me account. 

3. Find Your Profile

Once you have logged in, you can click the orange ‘R’ in the top left-hand corner to find your profile.

4. Profile Options

Here on your profile you can; 

1. Update your profile and cover photos, 

2. Access your “updates” which are posts of those who you follow, see your individual results within the population (i.e those the same age). 

5. View Testing Metrics

Select the “Metrics” tab and select a specific test from the revealed list below you would like specific data from.

6. Understand the Metrics Tab

Here you can see: 

1. Your personal best. 

2. The leaders for the test either globally, age or position. 

3. In the top left is a bar graph that tracks your most recent test performance.
